How we make it
Surfaces are chiselled by hand rather than textured by machine. Some pieces are burnt black with fire, and every piece is finished with oil. The Gióng Rocking Horse is built from 32 strips of oak and walnut with the grain reversed from one strip to the next; one horse takes about 60 hours of hand work by two woodworkers.

Who designs ONONDETAILS furniture?
Every piece is designed by Truong Quang Vinh, the architect who founded the brand in 2017.
Where is it made?
In our own workshop in Thang An, Da Nang, Vietnam, near Hoi An. The ceramic version of the Hoàng Sa table is painted in the same workshop.
What woods do you use?
Quynh Do, a red tropical hardwood from central Vietnam, together with oak and walnut. Most pieces come in Quynh Do, oak or walnut; walnut costs a little more.
How long does a piece take?
Most pieces are made to order and take about five weeks. A few items are sometimes in stock and can leave sooner.
Do you ship outside Vietnam?
Yes. Trade orders are quoted EXW Da Nang (Incoterms 2020), and we can help arrange packing and freight. For private clients we quote delivery to the door.
Can I buy ONONDETAILS in the United States?
Yes, through our representative Galerie Philia. Selected pieces are also on 1stDibs through the gallery.
Can I see the furniture in person?

Do you work with architects and interior designers?
Yes, on homes, villas, offices and hospitality projects. We can adjust sizes for a project and send 2D and 3D files on request. More on For Architects and Designers.
Is there a warranty?
The structure of every piece is covered for one year from delivery. For international clients we usually solve problems with photos, replacement parts or a local repair, without shipping the piece back. Care instructions are on Shipping, Care and Warranty.
